Andrew Gittleman, Executive Vice-President

Andrew Gittleman is responsible for overseeing a large segment of the Company’s community association portfolio, including accounts that have been with the firm since he joined Gittleman over 25 years ago. A licensed real estate broker, Andrew holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota.

In addition to his supervisory responsibilities, Andrew provides pre-development services for condominium and town house developers and oversees all of the major service contracts that are centralized in our corporate office and impact most of our client associations. He also is responsible for overseeing the client insurance management program as well as the mechanical maintenance team.
