Linda Rothenberger, Controller

Linda Rothenberger joined the firm in 2009 and oversees accounting and related services for Gittleman-managed properties. With over 20 years of management, accounting and strategic planning experience, Linda brings an in-depth knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and technology specific to property management.

Prior to joining Gittleman Management Corporation, Linda was with CB Richard Ellis, Inc. As an Accounting Director, she was responsible for overseeing financial services, project management, cash management, training, and compliance teams. She was actively involved with departmental and company-wide initiatives including acquisition, integration and transition planning, business process outsourcing, and electronic processing.

Linda provides leadership and guidance to her team members with a commitment to measurable performance, quality results, and customer service. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Minnesota State University, Moorhead, Minnesota.
