CAI-MN Vision Awards
A History of Excellence in Service
This is the fourth year in a row that a manager from Gittleman Management Corporation has won the Outstanding Excellence in Service Award. From 2007-20010, Gittleman Managers have received five out of eight service awards.
CAI-MN is the regional chapter for a national industry association, providing resources and services to management companies, vendors, and homeowners. The Vision Awards Program recognizes the “best of the best” for their outstanding achievements in community association management. Award winners and nominees demonstrate high standards of management, including advanced training, certification, and a commitment to excellence. The award nominations are reviewed and scored by an independent jury of peers.
On June 16, 2010, Hamlet Vazquez (CMCA, AMS) of Gittleman Management received the highly coveted Excellence in Service award at the Community Association Institute of Minnesota (CAI-MN) annual Vision Awards program.
Vazquez was selected among nine Association Managers from five different management companies for the award by a juried group of peers. Among the accomplishments of Vazquez that were publicly recognized at the program were his successes in reaching homeowners with weekly association updates sent out by email; member satisfaction with management services based on a survey directed by a third party; and documented, substantial reduction in the number of problems and incidents on a year-over-year basis.
Mark Gittleman, President of Gittleman Management commented, “We are excited that Hamlet received well deserved and hard earned recognition for the depth and breadth of his excellent work and professionalism. He is truly outstanding Association Manager.”
